Listened to "Goodnight Charlotte" CD Sunday nite as promised. Excellent! Unique! Cara Jean sings and plays acoustic guitar in a traditional country style while Grover Pardido accompanies with classical cello. With Cara Jean's kaleidoscopic lyrics and the neo-baroque arrangements, "Goodnight Charlotte" sounds like late-'60s British flower power as if it were played at a midwestern state fair.

Your cd release party was absolutely one of the most magical evenings of the summer. Watching you perform on the river against that soft light from the lanterns and the cicadas is an experience we will never in a million years forget. We bought two copies of your album and have been listening to it continuously since Saturday night! Thanks for your music.
